Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:** 1. **Cancellation Notice**: A minimum of **30 days’ notice** is required for any cancellation of your event. If cancellation is made within 30 days of the event, the full venue fee is non-refundable. 2. **Rescheduling**: You are allowed **one (1) reschedule** of the event, provided that the rescheduling request is made at least 30 days before the original event date. The rescheduled event must take place within **6 months** of the original date, subject to venue availability. - If rescheduled, any additional charges (e.g., for new dates or services) will be communicated and must be paid in full. - If the event is rescheduled within 30 days of the original date, the venue retains the right to charge a **rescheduling fee** in addition to any other applicable fees. 3. **Refunds**: If the event is canceled within the allowed timeframe (30+ days), any payments made towards the venue booking will be refunded, less any applicable processing or administrative fees.
